At Shnybee (Bee Seen Trading), we want you to love your new bag. If it's not the perfect fit for your style, we are here to help.
1. Return Conditions (14-Day Window)
In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, you may return your bag within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Condition: The bag must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Packaging: All original packaging, including the dust bag, authenticity cards, and protective plastic on straps or hardware, must be intact.

Security Tags: If the bag arrived with a Shnybee security tag or "do not remove" label, the return will not be accepted if this tag has been cut or tampered with.
2. Cancellation Policy

Pre-Dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of purchase.

Post-Dispatch: Once the bag has left our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled. You must receive the delivery and initiate a return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process

VAT: Your refund will include the 5% VAT originally charged.

Payment Method:

Credit/Debit Card & Google Pay: Refunds go back to the original card within 7–14 business days.

Tabby & Tamara: We will notify the provider of your return. They will cancel your remaining installments and refund any payments already made back to your card.

4. Damaged Items
We inspect every bag before shipping. However, if your bag arrives with a defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
